Default Coolant Temperature Information Etc'

I was wondering at what temperatue the fan should kick on?

What the average thermastat temperature is?

If im not mis-taken i think most thermastats open around 160-180 depending on which one you go with and ive heard the fan kicks on right at around 190. With that said what temp would you consider to be overheating? Anything over 200?

Just looking for specs to calibrate this coolant sensor to'. Currently its set to

2nd bar lights at 160 degrees
3rd bar lights at 175 degrees
4th bar lights at 190 degrees
5th bar lights at 205 degrees

after 15 minutes at idle im at the 3rd/4th bar....after some driving it will hit 5th bar

just so i dont confuse anyone, this is with an s2k cluster not the oem R cluster which is why im speaking about bar's, i was hoping i could confirm this information or get the correct information so i can adjust the coolant sensor to read what should be average/normal temperature at the 3rd bar', therefore when/if it ever hits the 5th bar i know its actually overheating and not just running hot for a second

thanks for the info fellas

i dont have a gauge on my stock itr but on my boosted itr with a fluidyne civic rad ..i would get stuck in traffic and would hit about 205 so i would bail off a side street to get some air movin and cool it done......my builder told me to try and not take past 205 and instantly cool it down if i hit 210.. but this is on a boosted dart block and im gonna try a different thermostat this year and see were we are at
