Default melting alternator belts

I have a High output alternator putting out around 300amp at 2krpms. But the problem i'm having is it's a 4 grove pulley one the alt, and 3 grove on the engine. I was wondering where can I get a custom pulley made? A 4 grove pulley that also has the other 4 groves for the A/C. And because of this problem I melt belts like crazy.

what engine is it? D-series EG engines use a 4-rib belt and have the 4-rib crank pulley
