Need help integra wont run with B20 swap in 4dr 91 ls!!!
well one of my cousins friends just did a b20 swap into his 4dr 91 ls n it wont start or run by itself. it will only run with the starting fluid but not by itself. it has a skunk2 intake manifold, 330cc fuel injectors and the stock pr4 ecu
can it be a mismatched line or something?
so any help on this we would appreciate it!!

So it will be the injectors u guys think well let me go to his house n switch em n is there modifing to the engine harness we need to do just incase they didn't do it cuz I want my car running asap to get it out of their house
it should start on its on and somewhat run when i put my 450s on my h22 it started up and ran like crap really rich but it started make sure your getting fuel first
well we put the stock ones back on n it it kinda wants to turn on on its own n it cant. well i found out they left the b20 fuel rail is that a problem too?
take the fuel line off the fuel rail and stick it in a bottle or something and then have a buddy go turn the ignition on..... If gas squirts into the bottle, you should be getting fuel... For spark just take one of the plug wires out and stick a plug in the end of it and turn the motor over once again. If you see a spark.... You might be ok there..... These are really preliminary tests by the way. Hope it helps.
Well I did those test so we are getting fuel to the rail n we do have spark.. But how can we tell if the injectors are firing n not clogged?
I know but the injectors but I mean how do I check if they are firing cuz if I am getting fuel to the rail doesn't that mean the pump is working right? Cuz it seems as if the fuel stops at the injectors
which injectors are you using?? If you are using the b20 injectors, it will not work with a obd-0 computer. Gotta use the b18a1 injectors to work with a obd-0 computer. I dont know a whole lot about b20 swaps, but if a b20 can run on b18a1 injectors, then you should be good to go. But if it cant work, you would probably have to get a b20 ecu and wiring harness for it to work. But someone that knows more about the swap should be able to tell you which of the above will work.
Ok, i just did a little research on b20 swaps. You need to swap over your intake manifold from the b18a1 including the fuel rail and injectors. You can use your stock ecu from the 91 integra. Do that and it should start right up.
i have a b20 swap i just used a b18a1 intake manifold and rail and injectors and it works fine on the pr4 ecu the stock b20 rail and injectors wont work because those are obd2 wont work with the obd0 ecu good luck with your car
we have used obd1 on obd0 no problem check your plugs see what they look like make sre the timing is good no vacum leaks check the firing order
well we have some OBD-0 injectors for sure but i aint sure wat they came from cuz my friend gave me some he had laying around i dont have my stock injectors anymore. so how can i tell where did the injectors came out of. so the stock b20 fuel rail will not work at all ok good to know now i have to go find a DA fuel rail. how can i check on the timing i think that might be the problem too cuz i have towed the car to my house since they did the swap all wrong. so ima do this my self n thanks for the ppl helping threw this problem i appreciate it.
well I had to tdc it cuz it was off by a tooth. Then when I took the head cover off n it has fuel mixed with the oil is that bad? Second I need to know how do I tdc the dizzy? Am I gonna need to flush the fuel/oil mixed out of the engine n if so how do I do that n does anyone know the torque sequence for the cam bolts n torque spec to how tight they need to be?
