Hi All,

New to posting, and I have search on this topic as well. So I have a 93 DX with a ZC engine.

On the head, I have on the left side (exhaust) PM3-13 and next to it says 9/4 (1994 year of production). The right exhaust side says (circle) 2/9.

Under the hood, it says .24 IN & .25 EX.

So my questions is, does any one know if the valve clearance sounds right? I have been doing some research and I am not sure if the previous owner swap in a JDM engine or not.

I have a feeling my clicking sound is a heads up for me to adjust my valves.

Problem: On idle, it sounds normal. And even when I rev it during the car is parked, it is normal. But when I start to drive it, I can hear a small clicking sound. It gets louder when I go up hill. Oil is not low and I double check that before assume other areas.

Any help on what it maybe? Thank you!

Note:
on the dizzy cap, there are two grey harness. Will this be an OBD1? or is it and OBD2?

Have you checked the stickys at the top of the forums here ? like the tech/misc forum. Or the new red sticky on all forums.

.24 could mean a mm measurement. I believe most Honda's run .009 exhaust and .007 intake.

I alway's check the book first.
