I bought a pretty beat up WW RS front lip. It's already been painted but it has scrapes on the bottom of the lip. All I want to do is prep the lip and hit it with black trim paint to restore the original look.

My question is, how should I go about doing this? I don't know what grit to start with and finish off with. Any help is greatly appreciated.
