Mom needs help finding battery fuse on 92 accord

Default Mom needs help finding battery fuse on 92 accord

Hi,

Ok so I have jump started a million cards, but in a hurry the other day I put the cables on backwwards on my daughters car 92 honda accord, They were there for about 30 seconds before I realized. it would not start when I swithcedm I though I fried the battery, I put a good battery in, still no luck. Maybe I blew the battery buse... but i looked at the fuse diagram and it shows the fuse is supposed to be there... but I cant find it! Please help ; )

sure you blew a fuse and not the ECU? my dad did the same thing to my old nissan 200sx before and it fried my ecu.

Thanks! I thouht that was the first place I should look, but I could not find it initially, the diagram was all whacked. BUT... I found it and replaced! Woo Hoo!the battery ended up have a dead cell so I relpaced but she is back on the streets!

Thanks, My daughter things Im the hottest coolest car chick mom on the planet! lol

ok i'm wonder if it is bad to see a 100a fuse in the 80a battery fuse also. i assume it's the battery fuse cause i don't see an 80a in my fuse box and i didn't see an 100a on the cover and there is on in the fuse box. is that bad? also my car dies sometimes randomly, and would need a jump.

if that is a stock alternator it should be an 80a fuse
