Default Noob to all motor...Questions????

Gonna be starting my all motor build soon and i just had some questions. It gonna be an DD on 92 pump tuned on hondata. First of some of the specs...

94 integra ls/vtec, rs machine pr3 pistons, hasting rings, acl bearings, arp rod bolts, type r cams, typr r oil pump, gsr water pump and t-belt, and an oem headgasket.

I got the type r cams for free from a buddy of mine and I was wondering wat kind of springs and retainers i should get? I not sure witch ones to get. It was between the supertech H1002D or supertech SPR-H1000DR. whats the difference between them? And do i need to get adj. cam gears or are the stock ones fine? Thanks in advance

you would think that if you are using stock cams you would use stock ITR springs and retainers. not! im pretty sure you are going to beat on this motor. I would recommend Type-R outers all around with Portflow inner springs. Im pretty sure this would be cheaper than the Supertech setup...and the best thing is that if you ever bump up to a bigger cam you dont have to worry about the springs as this setup will handle most stage 3 cams......PS get the Portflow TI retainers while you are it.

Supertech dual springs are only about $140 for a complete set. Let me know where I can you get portflow inner springs and ITR outer springs for less? I've been looking for a cheap set of portflow inners for some S2S1 cams, since I have plenty of GSR springs laying around I thought those would be a good match.
