will the zc transmissiom fit perfectly in my 88 crx hf? im just wondering if i need to get new axles or a clutch or not.

 

It depends on which specific ZC transmission you have. If it's specifically the DOHC variant, it will bolt up no problem but you'll need to source the correct axles and half shaft along with DX/Si hubs. The axle issue is covered in the FAQ by the way.
