Default rear LCA sway bar nut

Hello everyone, just got myself a 98 CW type R. It needs some work, so no pics yet.

Anyways, the welded nut on the LCA which the sway bar bolt goes into has stripped threads. After searching, I tried chiseling the nut off, but that didn't work too well.

I've thought of a few options.
1) Have a bodyshop remove the nut and use a different nut and washer.
2) Use a different off the shelf bolt that is much longer
3) Replace the entire LCA with either OEM or Aftermarket

If I were to replace the LCA with OEM, does buying the LCA itself come with the bushings?

What should I do?

Thanks.

Replace the LCA. For the price of OEM ones, you could get yourself a nice set of aftermarket arms. They all come with bushings, even OEM.
