My skunk2 SLIP ON coilover spring rates were 8k, and 6k. AKA 447 lb/in in the front and 335 lb/in in the rear.

If your talking about the Pro C or Pro S it might be different

According to the Skunk2 website civic kit is 8k and 6k like what XD69 posted before me and integra kit would be 10k and 8k either one of these should blow theose KYB's in no time. I personally like the stiffer springs I would go with the 10k 8k.

Damn so what type of springs should I be looking into because I prefer not to blow my shocks?

Just for info though I'm planning to turbocharge the motor and I am leaning towards stiffer springs and still daily driven comfort.

Not shure what spring rates those AGX's can handle. Do you have to run those struts?

The sk2 civic spring rates would go perfect for a DD while still maintaing decent ride quality. Make sure to purchase quality shocks, either the Illuminas or Konis.

Damn if you don't want to swap struts maybe go with GC with softer spring rates like 6k F and 4kish R. That might make your struts last longer.

*edit* looks like the sell a Ground Control Coilover - 380F/280R (P/P) (this is the standard kit and the springs are mildly progressive).

Off the shelf rates are, but you can order them with any spring rate combination you dare to imagine.

Yes you can order custom rates go check out the sponsors market place, if your planning to those KYB's I wouldn't go too aggressive on the rates though. As for me I just ordered brand new Koni's for my Skunk2's and I will be posting a semi-write up soon.
