so i recently picked up a brand new exhaust because mine rattled real bad. anyways the problem is that when fully bolted up the exhaust rubs on my drivers side sway bar bracket. its a da integra sway bar with brackets. i have the brackets welded onto a piece of steel which is bolted onto my tow hooks since my crx never had one. another problem is that the muffler tip is pressed up against the bumper and has so far melted it just a little bit. i guess my question is is there any way to fix these problems or am i just gonna have to take it to a muffler shop to have them realign the hangers?

 

you should post some piks im kinda confused as to what you mean.

 

Sounds like the whole exhaust has to be adjusted by moving it on all the hangers.
Start from the mid pipe near the cat and move it forward or back to clear the rear sway bar.

I installed a skunk2 on a customers crx and it never rubbed the oem bumper.
Is your bumper oem?

 

My bumper is oem and exhaust is brand new. almost seems like piping is not bent enough. just minor problems but i rather have it close to perfect.
