Default Just changed my timing belt

My timing belt shedded its teeth while I was driving and I didn't know it. The car died and I tried starting it numerous times. I got the new timing belt on and I picked up a cel. It is

P1359 Crankshaft Position (CKP)/Top Dead Center (TDC) Sensor Circuit Malfunction

Is this due to the fact that it was cranking but never running? I don't know when it turned on because the car wouldn't run at the time. I'm pretty sure it turned on after I started trying to start it after the belt broke.
I cleared the code and it hasn't come back on so am I fine or what?
Thanks.

Time to go put on my ps belt that I used in conjunction with vice grips as the Honda Crank Pully Tool part no 1337.
