how the hell do i get that gear off the top of my diff. the trans speed sensor gear as i call it, cuz its to little gear on the tranny sensor shaft.

help asap. haha. i want this thing together in an hour.

 

what i did was put a piece of metal over the top then took my 3 arm bearing puller and pulled it off
now the important thing is with the 3 arm puller 1 arm will be up against the metal on the diff so i had to grind the bottom part of the arm down so slide under the speed gear the farthest (i chipped it before i ground it down so it save you the frustration)

with that being said just get a 2 arm bearing puller slap a piece of metal on the top and its cake

 

the more i look at it, the more i don't think it comes off. it looks like a solid cast.

bam. i just did it like i do everything else. its ok. put the diff in the vice. got a piece of oak, and hammered it off with the two pound sludge. mint. thanks for all the help everyone.
