Default Several B16 issues

I recently swapped a jdm block with CTR pistons to my b16a3 head in my del sol. One issue I'm having is what seems like a lag n power in the 2-5 rpm range. It will lose power and kick back up randomly. In the mornings when it's cool it's less frequent.

The next problem is that when my engine Is fully warmed up it will idle up to 1500 rpm and drop back down to 1000 very suddenly and over and over.

Also I'm missing a knock sensor if that has anything to do with anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Get a knock sensor. That is very important for the ECU when it looks for it. Might wanna check the condition of the plugs, wire, cap, etc. etc...

The Idle issue sounds like the typical IACV. Located on the back of the IM incase you didn't know. Pull it and give it a good cleaning with some carb cleaner.

What CEL codes are being thrown besides the KS code?

Is the ignition timing set to spec?

Only KS code. And no my timing hasn't been adjusted yet. Should it be at the 18 degree mark?
