ok i have a 97 civic an i need to remove the climate control piece and dont know how it comes out, i assumed it just pulled out and was held in there by clips, if anyone can tell me how to take it out i would appreciate it, thank you and have a great day.

simple, all you have to do is to unscrew the cigarette lighter cover and then you will see 4 screws that hold the climate control.
