Quick question -- what to IROC camaro's usually do in the 1/4?
if its all stock, theyre pretty slow, the fastest ones are lucky to run mid 14s,that would be either the TPI 305 220-230hp 5sp ones or the 350 230-240hp auto ones
my buddy wants to race, think h22 civic would take it? heh
NO sweat.
I had an '86 IROC..and it was a fawking dog (bone stock of course...it's still a SB chevy, so nonetheless....the car DOES have pontential). The majority of them are autos, and have the 305...
(pssst....that means they're pretty much dogs
) I took a '91 350 IROC (auto)...stock with flowmaster exhaust pretty easily not too long ago ('92 CX. Stock B18b)Man i talk too much...sorry
haha, nice thought so
i looked 'em up and they are slow as hell.

are you considering your H22 a stock platform?
Then you'd better be able to run high 10's if you wanna keep up.

My friends 88 IROC 350 auto ran a best of about 14.3. It was great out of the hole but absolutely died on top.
nothing a grinder can take care off. There is a 1/2 second to be gained in port the plenum, and siamezing the runners on the base manifold.
