that would be the antenna, you have to go out and buy a nissan antenna adapter to plug in the aftermarket head unit

When you say 'not work', do you mean you get no reception or the unit doesn't turn on at all? I hope you ran the constant power wire to atleast the ignition harness, if not the battery itself, and grounded the black wire to bare metal. If you look on the factory harness you will see that there is no ground wire. It gets ground through the chassis of the deck being mounted to the dash subframe. If the unit is only working when you plug in the antenna, the radio is using the antenna for ground. Not good. Otherwise, buy and adapter ($9.99) and plug it into the back of the Alpine and you are set. HTH

Sorry i didnt clarify myself, i was in a rush posting. When i connected the alpine hu to the harness, there was no power, the HU did not turn on at all. Will the antenna connector solve the problem? or will i have to ground the wire directly to the chassis? I have connected the HU directly to the positive terminal of the battery.

Thanks

Yes, definitely ground the black wire to the chassis. On most radio's, you can run the ground wire up to the cigarette lighter connector and grab ground there. But your Alpine is a higher current model which benefits from having a strong ground directly to metal.
