Hi guys. My setup is:
Built 16a Head with Ferrea Valvetrain, 3 angle valve job, port and polish etc
Type-R intake manifold and Spoon Venturi 70mm throttle body
Skunk2 Pro 2 cams and cam gears
B18c Type-R short block with CTR pistons
Hytech Replica Big Tube header
JDM 98 Spec Type-R gearbox
Hondata S300
Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator
I currently have a set of RC Engineering 310cc injectors. However, I have been told that they might be a bit too small for the setup. Will I need like 370 or 440cc injectors? Or will I be able to make do with the 310s and use the FPR to assist if more fuel is needed?

Proper injector size changes proportionally with the fuel needs of each cylinder. Proper fuel pressure changes proportionally with the fuel needs of all cylinders combined at various RPM's. If the injector size is not adequite, messing with the fuel pressure isn't going to help much. Try tuning your ECU with the ones you have and get new ones if you can't create an acceptable map.
I second that...Im running a similar setup and the RC310 are delivering more than enough fuel.
Learn how to tune your low and high speed fuel tables in Smanager and then come back and tell us those 310's are doing just fine.

Hi everyone. I have a fully built B18C1 bored out to 83 MM(1.89L). This is a turbo build but I'm thinking about running this build NA for a little bit. I won't be daily driving, just driving it to the shop to have a few things done while I'm getting ready for my turbo. If I get a tune will my stock injectors be able to handle the fuel spray or do I need larger injectors on this? My mechanic at Honda said something to the effect of "You can boost a stock motor up to 9 psi without a tune. The ECU will compensate fuel for the extra air. So my stock injectors should be fine to drive on this motor." He said I don't even need to tune it. However I've also read how important it is to get a tune so I don't know if I should believe this "Honda tech". So do I need a tune with larger injectors or can my stock injectors handle the bigger bore without a tune? Or should I tune with just my stock injectors. Thanks! All advice appreciated.
