Default h22a rotating assembly into a f20b block?

aight well my buddy has a f20b in his eg, spun #4 rodbearing, i have a jdm h22a crank/rods can we put the f20b pistons on to the h22 rods? basically use the h22a crank/rods and use everything else from the f20b in the f20s block? i tried researching it on here most people have conflicting statments/sizing on the f20 motors

any info would be great like if it will work at all of the compression ratio that it will present
