I don't know for sure, but it will certainly depend on the tire size. 205/40-17 has the same outer diameter as the stock Integra GSR/ITR/SE tire size of 195/55-15, so don't get tires any bigger than that.

+48 is a pretty high offset, especially for 7.5" wheels. I'm thinking you'll have problems with rubbing when turning, or very possibly it might rub the rear shocks. You may have to run a 5mm spacer or something.

Also beware the difference in center bore (the diameter of the big hole in the center of the wheel, and the hub on which it is placed). The ITR has 64.1 mm at both ends; the S2000 is 70.1 mm at one end, 64.1 mm at the other. You'll want to get hubcentric rings for the wheels with the bigger center bore, to avoid problems with vibrations on the ITR.

The S2000 also uses different offsets, front vs rear; it's not clear whether that's the case with these wheels, or if the person is using spacers to adjust for the difference in offset.

In general, wheels from the S2000 and NSX are not a direct bolt-on for the ITR, and need some additional items to make them work (such as the spacers that Patrick mentions, as well as possibly extended studs and open-end lug nuts). I've tried, and found that it's a lot easier to just get wheels that are made for the ITR.
