I just ordered Carbotech Panther plus front Brake pads and ATE super blue brake fluid. What is the break in period and how do you break them in? Thanks.

Each manufacturer has a slightly different procedure for bedding the pads (depending on the compound). Your best bet is to find Carbotech's website and then see what they recommend.

The Carbotech Panther Plus is best bedded-in at the track.
However, if you do not have this "luxury", then bedding them on the street can be performed adequately as a stop-gap measure, short of bedding them on the track.
The bedding procedure you will find on Carbotech's website is somewhat "outdated", only in that I have found a slight revision to be equally as effective, without the detriment of excessive pad material wear during the bedding procedure. (I wrote the original bedding procedures for the Panther Plus, just FYI.)
Perform the following bedding manouveres:
(1) Brake with moderate pedal pressure from 45mph down to 10mph; repeat 4 to 6 times.
(2) Drive for 10 minutes without using the brakes heavily - cruising on the highway works well.
(3) Repeat step (1) with heavy pedal pressure (4 to 6 times, as before). The brake pads may fade somewhat during this set of braking manouveres, so please be careful.
(4) Repeat step (2) for 15 minutes, trying not to use the brakes at all.
(5) Park the car for at least one hour to allow final cooling.
In general, track/race-type brake friction compounds require a more thorough bedding process, and are more sensitive to proper bedding, as compared to a street-type compound. Each type of compound has an "optimal" bedding process, but some lee-way exists as well, so if you don't perform the bedding procedure "to the dot", but come relatively close, you will probably be just fine.
