max hp on jrsc setup
i'm lookin for max hp.
Right now i have a 98 gsr relatively stock with a jrsc running 8psi
this saturday i'm puttin in new rc 440 injectors, a new crank and nos pulley, and getting it tuned to hondata s300.
But from there i'm at a loss what do you think i should do to crank up more horsepower.

My knowledge with superchargers is limited. Have you looked at the "Anyone interested in a 500+ WHP Supercharger Kit?" thread? Good stuff in there:

it's too limited. LHT is about the only thing I have heard great things about. I say do that otherwise with the spray, you'll be back on here asking the same question. you gotta pay to play.
Well I am no expert but from what I have heard and read 300 hp is about the max your gonna get out of an m62 eaton blower as it will only push a certain amount of air .I will tell you this the jrsc has major heat issues in stock form especially at high boost levels . I have a jrsc gsr and was having major ping issues after just three pulls back to back and tip in detonation also . I recently installed the LHT intercooler and what a difference ping is gone / non existent .I have not heard the engine ping even the slightest since the LHT install . It s worth the money get the LHT you be happy and so will you engine ! my intake temps never got above 105 on the dyno right now I am putting down 260 hp with 206 ft lbs torque in a civic hatch the cars fun as Hell to drive "instant power" I am glad I went with the jrsc lht set up

the manifold mod is 795 and then you need a heat exchanger kit .I have the standard kit I think it was 350 or 400 go to lhtperformance.net and check the prices for yourself You wont regret getting the lht its worth its weight in gold as far as I am concerned
i have a cousin who put the b20 crank pulley on his motor(3psi), the jrsc altenator boost upgrade pulley(2-3psi), and a boost upgrade charger pulley off ebay(3psi) and his went to 15 pounds consistantly with no falling off and made power till 9000. Then he sprayed 100 shot on it and wow it was like being an a jet a times. It just pulls very hard in all power ranges. Make sure you have a good tuner also! i forgot his exact dyno numbers but it was very very strong! look into those upgrades!
Read the JRSC thread, it's long, but it's all been covered there:

The significant things that you can do are:
ITR/CTR exhaust cam
Blower porting
LHT manifold
Maximum that you can get is around 300. You'll also want better pulleys if you'll be pushing it that hard.
