I just bought a DC2 integra, and the previous owner lived by the ocean.
So there is rust on the outer shell of the A-pillar by the windshield. Its
rusted through and the inner seems ok.

Is it possible to replace that part?
is it going to be hard?

the best way to do it would be to get a pillar and just section in what you need

 

Get a section from a wrecking yard. You'll have to pull the glass but thats easy as all hell. Some careful marking and cutting, a little welding and you're there.
