Hey what does it mean when the revs slowly bounce between 2000 and 1500 rpm continuously whilst at a stop in neutral after being driven? it's annoying as the car revs itself.. If I put it into gear and reach the friction point and put it back into neutral.. it stays normal at a constal rpm like usual at like 1500 rpm. Then if I drive again and stop it does the rev thing again. Someone help me please.

Is the CEL ON?

Some things to try:

-Clean the IACV
-Look for a vacuum/intake air leak
-Bleed the cooling system

Thats a T fitting. Was this car boosted before? Try plugging the open end of that T and see if it fixes it.

 

I doubt it was boosted before. In Australia boosted em1s are rare. lol umm yeh i'll try pluggin it up thanks.
