Tie-rod clearance HELP!
Ok I've searched and can't find anything.
So I slammed my car with extended top hats and springs on stock ITR struts. No FRONT camber kit. Well now the tie-rod is probably an inch or two from the frame of the car. When I hit big bumps, I am pretty sure its hitting . My buddy has a DB7 that is lower then mine and he probably has a good three inches of clearance between his.
Why is it doing this? How can I fix?

How are you able to measure tie rod-to-frame clearance? Underneath the car on a lift? You can't go by turning the wheels all the way to one side, because the clearance changes when the steering rack is at full lock.
To verify the difference in height between your car and your friend's, measure from the CENTER of the wheel to the fender arch, and see which car is actually riding lower. If his car is riding lower but for sure has more clearance between tie rod and frame, then there's something else happening. As in, different suspension parts on your cars or something.
