Also remember there are two really good types of vehicle history report. Carfax and Autocheck. Ask dealers and sellers for both. I have almost bought two cars that showed COMPLETELY clean on Carfax (the huge advertised one) but both showed up with totaled titles on Autocheck (the one that no one has heard of). It about scared the crap out of me.
Not really many people are familiar with the fact that Carfax doesn't work well at all.
If they sold you a effed up car go raise hell bro.

i bought from one of the biggest honda dealerships in my area, and they told me it was a clean car so i think its just that i failed at putting it back on.
Just curious but where did you start screwing the bumper from? The sides or the middle?
Asking cause I know a guy on ephatch whos bumper didn't line up right because he started from the sides instead of the middle!
