1989 Acura Integra For Parts
1989 Integra, D16a1, 5 speed, 4 door, cruise and all power options. Car has no title, and the entire underbody from the front doors back is completely rotted out.
Car used to run, drove it maybe 2 miles total around the yard. Bought it as a parts car for another car I had, but I have not taken a single part off of this car. It is still complete. It has sat all winter and now no longer starts. The fuel pump does not kick on, and being a honda, it is a pretty fair guess that the main relay is bad. When the car ran before, it ran good, didn't smoke, fired right up, and shifted through all of the gears fine. The speedometer shows 214,000 miles and it is probably actual.
The interior is dirty, but not otherwise damaged. Driver's seat isn't torn. Someone did start ricing out the interior painting it different colors. It seems they used actual vinyl paint and did a good job, however. Driver's fender, both bumpers, and the trunk filler are damaged. Besides the rusted out quarters, the rest of the body is in decent shape. All glass is good. All tires have held air for over a year.
The engine/trans is a direct swap into a 1st gen (84-87) CRX and is a very popular and well documented swap. The rear disc brakes from the car also directly bolt onto a 1st gen CRX.
The battery in the engine pic is not included (battery is not mine). Asking $200 firm. I can get it running again for $400 firm and you could probably drive it home if you were close. Wouldn't trust it on a long drive for obvious reasons.
