Driverside fan not working under hood

Driverside fan not working under hood
of the 2 fans on the radiator the driver side fan doesnt come on, i have checked all fuses under the hood, also the fan will spin freely when i turn it, the passenger side fan works.

That is the condensor fan. Unplug it and put 12volts from the battery to it and see if it comes on. Then we can go from there.
