Default redrill a b18b edelbrock vic x for a gsr head? will it work

i had a buiult b18b head with vic x. i just decided to swap for a gsr head on my built block and want to reuse my intake manifold. can i redill it for the gsr head? thanks

i may be wrong, but i thought the itr/b16 shared same flange and the ls/gsr shared the same flange.

I think the water port on the head is slightly off.

you can check on www.theoldone.com as i remember him modding one of the manifolds for the B20 which is the same head
