I'm looking for about 300-350 hp for my daily.
750 cc injectors
38 mm wastegate on a cast manifold.

But i have 3 options
50 trim garrett w/ 1.00 a/r on the turbine and .60 a/r on the comp
57 trim turbonetics w/ .48 a/r
62 trim turbo xs

all 3 of those turbos will get you 300whp... If you talking bout a GSR motor...

Its all on your tuner

If those are your only three choices, definitely go with the .48ar Turbonetics. 57 trim covers a good range of power and response. 1.00ar on the turbine is way to laggy for street. Not sure what your motor set-up is but for street use I would not go larger than a .63ar turbine. On my GSR motor, I'm using a ramhorn turbo manifold with a Garrett T3/T4 with 57 trim, .63ar turbine and .60ar comp. I've decided to cut back on HP and want a little more low end torque and response from my turbo. I will be trying the .48ar turbine in hopes of accomplishing a more responsive turbo for the street. It may lose some power up top but my power goal will be no more than 300whp with a better torque curve.

^^^ changing your manifold will do a better job of creating the response you need without the additional radiant heat that will be created from going to the smaller turbine volute. Keep your .63A/R, change your manifold to an equal length shorty or log to get the response you're looking for.

To Kdf -- Please state what engine and purpose the car is going to use.

street mainly
Its a dd just looking for a lil more power.
Like i said 300-350.
Still wanting to maintain my ac.
And prolly gonna step down to 550 cc injectors

Want a quick spooling turbo.
With a good power band.
Don't wanna wait for 5.5-6k for turbo to kick in.
Sticking with stock ls transmission for longer gear ratios.

That's possible, but it would be best to use a VTEC head and LS/VTEC conversion kit to get those particular numbers quickly. The LS head is very restrictive for your needs. It's time you spoke to me via PM or AIM
