I have a P28 with a Neptune RTP board not yet installed, but 100% brand new. The ECU has been chipped and ready to go all that it needs is the RTP installed. The jumper harness is also included OBD2B-OBD1 jumper. (Also can get better pictures if needed for serious buyers)
