Default Girl in need of help, Will 2008 SI Sway bars fit a 2008 LX ??

As the title says, my car is currently sloppy as hell on the road, feels like a minivan. So i want to put sway bars on but i noticed they are only made for the 08 si, does anybody know if they can fit an 08 LX ?

And also does anybody know where to get the F/R set thanks.

Honestly, if a 2008 Civic (no matter what model) is that sloppy on the road, there is probably something wrong. There is a difference between the LX and Si, but the LX still handles a lot better than a minivan. Maybe you should make sure something isn't broken first.

hey i did this to my 08 lx sedan. You're gonna need the swaybar assembly, si endlinks, and big brackets that mount the swaybar to the chassis of the car.

Noticeable Difference! Mind you that I only upgraded the rear swaybar and the car rotates in so much better than it did before. The understeer went away, more neutral feeling. The body roll also has reduced alot too. It's worth it.

Awesome lol thats what i want, 0 bodyroll hehe, my plans are SI sway bars, strut tower bars and most likely SI shocks/springs and i believe that should do it. My question is how hard was it to do the install pretty easy right ?

When swapping out the strut and springs the most time consuming part is assembling the strut/spring unit. But if you go with a fully built oem si suspension, the fronts go in in 45 minutes or less (with two people). The rears take some more time. Getting access to the top of the rear struts requires that you remove all of the trunk lining, while also dismantling part of the trailing arms to free up the old rear struts. Since you're probably going to replace the sways at the same time, it should go a lot smoother. The rear sway gave my friend and me some trouble when we firsted jacked up the back end.

From what I've read, putting an Si suspension will raise the car of an R18.

The rear Si sway is the only one you want, forget about the front! I swapped my front Si bar for a LX/EX unit.

you want your car to have an easier time cornering and keeping the stock up front with the Si out back will reduce understeer, much like Si owners upgrade their rear unit. Little did they know they could have swapped in the LX/DX front and save a grip of cash.

A front biased functional stagger of the wheel-tire combo has a similar effect.
