I doubt that a universal set will work on the fit due to the suspension setup on the vehicle. A lot of companies (including Skunk2 In believe) make coil overs specifically for your car. Get that, not a universal set.

GL with that. the fit doesnt have springs on the shocks in the rear and i doubt those springs will sit right. should of got the lowering springs or the coilovers.

the fit has a mcpherson suspension set up in the rear, so i dont think these are gonna work for you.

you should do research before buying things you won't be able to use.

what makes the mcpherson set up any different? and what makes this a problem for them to fit on my fit??

The previous two posters were wrong. The Fit DOES have springs and shocks in the rear. Only the FRONT suspension is McPherson struts. I can't tell you whether or not your adjustable springs will work or not. But if they don't, it will be because of dimensional differences, NOT because the rear susp. is struts.

Yea, it isn't macpherson strut in the rear. I could see the front springs working but the springs in the rear of the car are seated on the control arm not on the strut. The universal coils are meant to seat on a strut and are dimensionally quite a bit different if you take a look at what the rear springs on the fit look like.

So the fronts I could see working but I don't see how the rear springs could possibly mount correctly.

I think it can work for a GD, but it wouldn't be safe to use it. The reason for saying that is because these "universal" adjustable springs are intended for McPherson struts, but for the rears, you just need a sleeve that's similar to HKS Hypermax III's. I wouldn't personally use it, due to safety. Spend some money, get some real suspension.
