Default hmo 98 spec swapped 00 civic coupe problems

Well I ordered this motor about 5 or so months ago. I could not figure out why it would not start. CoMe to find out the intake cAm up arrow was pointed down while the exhaust was up. So it was outta time. We comp tested it and it was 180 psi accross which I thought was really low for an r.

Well anyways the main reason I'm posting is I need helping figuring out wat motor I do have. Because I tracked it last night and it ran a whopping 15.3@90 it doesn't smoke or run bad I'm on stock p73 ecu.

I think someone swapped the cams out before I got the motor. Something is just not adding up. I'll post pictures later on today when I have them

I just checked compression and it was 190 200 205 200. The intake cam had 2 lines on the end. Is that correct

something is really wrong with your tune or with the ignition timing. those are great cold numbers. are you sure vtec is crossing over? fuel issues maybe? i know my car will click a 14.6@96mph all day long

I know. I'm running stock ecu. Car runs wonderful. And I clearly hear the crossover. I just don't know what the problem is.
