Default b18c internals in a b17 block??

is this possible? i have eagle rods and crank but no block, i need a bare block but nearly impossible to find at a decent price. my friend has a b17 block that would give me for free. i dont know if the deck height is similar to the b18c, if it is, could i make this work?

b17 block has a pr3 stamp, your pistons are going to stick out. How much are people asking for LS blocks where you live?

would rather just pay a little extra for a b18c block then to do ls v conversion...cost and oil pressure may be an issue? got turbo feed, oil pressure gauge then id need a oil feed to the head
