i just wanted some peoples feedbacks on how i can make my car run a little more smoother. cause i have no torque as fck.!

SO i had a 2000 gsr but i blew my motor and the only thing i could afford was a b16a long block. So all the other parts (tranny, ecu, etc.) came all from gsr.

so.....
- 2000 integra
- JDM b16a (obd1)
- Gsr tranny
-OBD2 to OBD1 Converter
- I do have the ECU that goes with the b16a but for some reason has very shitty gas milage. Does anyone know what the problem can be? I want to use this ECU because it gives me VTEC and the gsr ecu doesnt. But the gsr ecu runs more smooth for some reason even though there is no vtec.

But since i am a commuter, i rather choose gas milage than VTEC.
