I have a 90 civic hatch dx with a b18a1 donor motor from 91 teg obd0 but i was wondering if anyone knows (i have the shafts from both cars both manual non abs) what the difference in lengths are so i can get them machined or if anyone knows a good site for custom shafts and shift linkage for this aplication of swap?

You shouldn't need any kind of custom shafts or perform any modifications, unless you are using some whack homemade mounts. When i did this same swap i used old school Place Racing mounts and i had to use (1) DA axle and one 1st gen integra axle. As for the shift linkage that has been covered many times here just look at the FAQ thread in the EF forum.
