Does anyone ever paint under there car to stock from corrosion or just to make it look better? if so what kind of paint do they use and does anyone have pics of it done?
Often when a show car is being built and all of the body surfaces are being painted, the entire body or even the entire vehicle is mounted to a rotating rack so the bottom and other areas can be painted easily. When balanced on the rack properly, the whole vehicle can be rotated easily by one person. Here's an example found on google images:

The undercarriage usually isn't painted with color unless the car has been stripped of all parts and is getting a complete repainting. When just covering the bottom to prevent corrosion, POR15 is often brushed on. It takes awhile to dry and so flows out well. It's a sticky, gooey mess to apply- wear a full suit. It also doesn't dry as hard as paint which makes it more resistant to chipping and helps it adhere better to crap like rust.
