Car:1991 535i with clean title, automatic, rides is awesome for an older car, great daily driver.
Contact: PM me or call/text me @ 626-404-3593 located in Monrovia CA.
Reason for selling:
Selling because I want a manual trans smaller car because I now have the garage to mod & hopefully track it. If this is sold tomorrow you can go with me to the AAA office and I can transfer it there, forget the DMV and it’s crazy lines.
Price: 3,500 dollars (pretty firm) or trade for an e30 325is or other smaller manual trans car plus cash on your side. (No miatas please)
Upgrades/Maintenance:
7,000 miles ago
New timing chain
LKM replaced and no light issues
New Tensioner
New Tensioner guide
New A/C belt
New P/S belt
New Alternator belt
New Head gasket
Head was hot tanked
Valve job/adjustment with new seals
Head was resurfaced

Cosmetically refinished the motor
New Control arms
New Thrust arms
New Outer and center tie rods
New idler arm
New rear Pittman arms
New sway bar end links (front and rear)
Roof rack, stylish and very, very, functional
BMW OEM air deflector
E32 rear map lights
Wood grain **** added
Upside down lip and brake ducts added.
Ellipsoids installed
Bilstien struts and Vogtland springs (with only a few thousand miles on them…still ride like new/look like new)
New Transmission mounts
5,000 miles ago
ATF flush and refilled
Oil changed with synthetic
New air filter
Kenwood radio installed with USB/Aux fuctions
Smoke rear corners
Muffler delete…sounds awesome not to loud
OEM BMW rubber mats, great and keeps the car clean
-2500 miles ago
Shadowlined
Oil changed (synthetic once again)
-100-500 miles ago
Real m5 forged wheels (alone valued @ least 1,000 dollars) installed
Oil changed with synthetic
Swartz & Krum chip give more than 20HP & @20 ft/pds…(great older company that now only sells Dinan chips now must run 91 octane)
JDM fog lights
HID’s installed
The bad:
Driver’s side window won’t lower and the lock function is screwy sometimes. Replace the door with a black door from pick a part (45 dollars) and it will all be fixed. I have missed it the last time it was there. If you buy the motor regulator it will take like 1 hour of labor & maybe 50 dollars. I haven’t bothered because the A/C works great.
Little rips and tears throughout the interior
Driver's door panel needs to be refastened on the bottom...driver's rear door panel has a piece coming off.
Cosmetic issues, (no frame damage or anything like that), just scratches and the bumper has a crack on top.
Rear window tint has a little rip, its nothing major but it just bugs me.

OLD dirty picture of the motor
