POLL: which year color tone was best on any bike
98' yamaha R1 red/white special edition
i think this color tone looked the best out of any year. it looks so sweet i can look at it forever. i especially like the red seats and the "yzf" logo on the sides.

the 01 red yamaha r6... oh my god, it makes every other bike look like crap to me! if there was a red and blue r6, identical condition, but the blue r6 is half the price.. i would still get the red. yeah i could change out all the fairings for $1,000ish but i'd know in my heart it wasnt born red!

I'm a sucker for solid colors. Especially black. I was cruising in chicago and saw a bike painted almost entirly flat black (no decals at all) and got drool on my shirt. I didn't get a long enough look to tell what it was though.

i kinda like the black and grey cbr600 f4i scheme... just my opinion.. i think the fact that its not some crazy scheme is what makes it stand out.. i mean.. you expext to see a crazy yellow bike bc of all the stunnas these days.. a totally black bike still looks dope.. i would love a black 2000-2002 cbr (with no sticker scheme)... just my .02 but it seems like subtlety would actally be the most profound. I mean i'm not a huge duc fan but I think they had the right idea when they made their scheme.. let the bike speak for itself... not the stickers it has.

right on, don't hate on the grey/black cbrs. Especially when they match shoei anthracite perfectly. R6s are still sex though. And the repsol scheme was damn sexy
