Default Do I need a kit for a radio replacement? ('99 LX, 1-din tape player)

Car: '99 LX with a 1-DIN OEM radio / tape player. There is a storage compartment under the radio.

New radio: 1-DIN aftermarket radio (Sony GT410U). I already have this radio, I sold my old Toyota Camry a couple of weeks ago and took this radio out of it.

Question: Do I need a kit to make this radio fit into my car, or will it fit without a kit?

I've seen the kit at Crutchfield but it looks like that kit is only if the Accord has a 2-DIN OEM radio which I don't have.

You can ISO mount it no problem, but there may be a small gap between the HU and the dash. the kit replaces the lower pocket that you already have.
