B16 head built need help
I have a b16a with type r throttle body and h22 obd1 injectors.
I want to build my head and found some used toda spec B's in marketplace.
Do i have to use only toda springs and retainers or i can use any?
what other modifications are recommended other then intake manifold to gain some power?
I have a stock b16a block.
How much WHP am i looking at after these mods?

get any good brand of dual valve springs and TITANIUM retainers. every motor is dif so never ask for what you will have as far as hp. im guessing 190. get some stg2 cams and ITBs and youl make good power
