I have finally made it to a shop for a Hondata S300 install and a tune. My modifications are a Mugen intake, Hytech big tube header, and Hytech twin loop exhaust on a internally stock JDM B18C*R engine.
Now for the pics!

Installing the Spoon Cam Gears

Hooking up to the Dynopack

The Mugen Intake and the Hytech Header

Hytech goodness!

Minty new valve cover

The 4th gear dyno pull on the S300

Feels P73 ECU vs. Hondata S300 final tune & spark plug change

Final pull on 4th gear

So what was max power/torque? Hard for me to see on those images.
I have a similar setup mugen intake/hytech prototype header and smsp exhaust.
185/124 only on a dynojet.

In a 3rd gear pull it topped out at 211hp, but the power curved spiked in some strange spots i.e. after VTEC engagement and around 7800rpm. The tuner could not smooth out the power band on a third gear pull and believe me he tried almost everything (pulling engine timing for like 2 hours. He attempted the tune again in 4th gear and we got a more natural power and torque curve. On the 4th gear run we peaked at 194whp and 133lb/ft of torque. Both numbers I am very happy with.
We were trying to figure out why we had the power spikes in third and more peak horsepower. He hypothesized that it was maybe the angle the gears were cut ultimately equaled less transmission loss to the ground.

Looks like your motor is about to blow up based on the amount of smoke.
But hey, it could be valve seals or piston rings
