spring rate

Default spring rate

im about to get some ground control coil overs dont know what spring rate to get i will be auto crossing alot. i would like a stiff ride dont want the spring to be to soft how does 600 for the front sound an 400 for the rear? any help is welcome thanks

Your question is too general.

What dampers will you be using?
What tyres?
What chassis?
What bars?
etc.

I would start with whatever GC recommends off the shelf then maybe go a little stiffer in the rear. Springs are pretty cheap just swap them as you see fit to get the handling you want and to suit your use. No one on an internet forum can tell you the right rates.
