I've been looking to do a d16z6 swap in my 1993 dx hatch and I found a rolled over 1995 Honda Civic EX coupe with 67,000 miles. The car is totalled, but has a few good parts. 1st off the engine and tranny. The engine has a dc sports 4-1 stainless steel header, aem cai, and an aem tru-time adjustable cam gear. There could be an aftermarket cam in there, but probably not, I didn't have time to look. Also has some brand of stainless steel aftermarket exhaust. I also want to take the gauge cluster because of the tach and also it had some nice pedals. The only other salvagable parts as far as I can see are the drivers side headlamp, sunroof, tail lights and possibly the front bumper, and some other small pieces here and there. The salvage yard wants $1000 for the whole car. Good deal, or should I shoot for the $500ish range?

 

not too bad.. you can piece it out and get your money back probably.. or close to it at least.
