bad negative camber on one wheel only? HELP
i posted this in the suspension forum, but maybe someone with my particular model would have more input on the situation so posting here also.
i recently traded my teg for a single cam 96 ex civic coupe. the kid told me the car was hit before and it does have a reconstructed title, but the car seems mint and doesnt appear to have any frame damage etc.
anyways, i ended up noticing terrible negative camber on the right rear wheel. the cars pretty low and the other wheels have some camber but its obviously much worst. i replaced the lower control arm and no change.
i searched and found someone had said there knuckle/spindle was bent and that caused this problem. can anyone confirm this? do you think this just was never repaired after the car was hit? also, will this get worst and worst and be dangerous to drive like this? any input about bent knuckle/spindle or other input on the subject is greatly appreciated.

it wont get worse and worse like you described.
the only danger from camber is incresead tire wear on the inside of the tread. toe is much more worse in that perspective since toe you are actually "grinding" the tire sideways down the road as compared to camber which is just "riding" on the inside edge.
negative camber could be a couple diffrent things..weak springs come to mind...uneven ride ehight is second (coilover setup) comes next.
you really need to post alignment angles to find out which part if any is bent. your eyes cant tell by looking at bent parts. just a small tweak or twist in metal can result in big alignment numbers.
its not dangeroius to drive since negative camber can actually help you corner better and the only downside to negative camber is tire wear.
