all i got to say is about time. brought the car to kenetic motorsports in hampstead nh last week and the turbo blew. bought a new one and finished it today. i could of made more power but only wanted 350whp. The car rips and its fun

nice numbers man, but for that turbo, those numbers sound like 14-15 psi? what timing are you running?

 

14-15psi??? Thats a lot of boost on an H22 to make 350. My roomie is making 390/270 on 9psi on a bone stock h22a!

 

not on that turbo... maybe a 35r or something..

 

Im glad your happy with the car it all worked out well . It could have made more for sure but this is a good start and we were only reving it to 7300 so with more revs it would have made more for sure .

No **** i've had two cars where adding a dumptube on the dyno picked up 40whp or more!

 

Car was tuned on a sc6152e, had the small housing on the compressor side with .82ar hot side, turbo is very comparable to the turbo he is running. But ya the no dump tube probably losing a lot of power there.

 

He did have a dump tube on the car during tuning . All in all not bad power for his set up . and is what he was looking to get from it .

 

That log mani is killing the power output.

In two that i've tuned with similar turbos made about 50-60 more whp.

i think 350 on the streets is fine. my goal was 350 and i made it. im sure later ill get the itch and have these guys turn up the boost. i thought 350 is pretty much was the max for this size turbo? i guess not.

 

with a diff manifold you made extra 50-60 correct?

Good power u putting down. Ur gonna want more power soon. Sometimes I hate loving power cuz I want more and more. Only if it wasnt so damn expensive!!!

 

I here that. I just need to turn the boost up. I'm running stock sleeves (iron replacement) and not to sure if it's still save. I've seen people make over 400whp with these sleeves by don't know how long it lasted lol. Thoughts comments...

 

torque curve is nice because hes only reving to like 7000... why didnt you rev it out? why the motor build for only 350whp?

 

It's reved to 7350 but for what ever reason it only shows 7k. I'm sure mr t can shed some light on it why.
