As you see in my signature I'm making 343whp. The question is whats the limits on these injectors(550cc dsm injectors). I've looked all through out google and on H-T so please dont post " you need to search".

As far as I know, all DSM's are 450cc as well.

The limit of those injectors are when you get above 80% duty cycle.

 

Find out what your current duty cycle is and you can estimate it from there. Evo's had 5xx cc injectors differing by generation, and eclipses/talons/etc had 450s.

 

I ran 550’s at a base fuel pressure of 47psi and managed a safe 330 (UK bhp @fly 4th gear dyno dynamics) with a GT30 @ 9psi above this DC was getting a little to close for comfort, the again this was on a stock Honda fuel pump.
Swapped out the 550’s for 750’s turn down the fuel pressure ran 350 with ease, then I installed a 255 pump, what a mistake that’s proved to be, dam thing doesn’t pick up under a 1/3 of a tank lol.

 

get Evo IX 560cc injectors. they are the same form factor as the DSM 450cc's. If you are already wired for DSMs, then its plug and play. Just retune your ECU to see 560s afterwards

Sorry to bump this but put the filter on the damn thing! im 99.9999% sure thats your problem lol
