hello, im very new to this forum and have been reading alot of the guides, ive been checking and it seems that the engines of your cars are different from the one sold in the Philippines, i could not find the type of engine but heres what i know:
16 valve
SOHC
non-vtec
2.0 liter
but i don't know the engine type
help please, ive been having idle problems but i cant seem to find an EGR that's why i think im looking at different engines,

Which 5th generation accord do you have, is it the european or japanese version? Open the hood of your car, look at the engine, in a small area (left of the exhaust manifold) there should be the type of engine, whether a F20b or something else, but it's there and you'll be able to see exactly what motor your car came with.

Good to know... Its pretty much identical to the US F22B2, but slightly smaller displacement and higher compression.
So far, most parts are interchangeable between the two.
I wonder if the cams are the same..
