Hey guys, I just bought a set of hid, and for some reason it doesn't work. I already tired switching the position of the wire but still no use. The hid comes with a 10 amp fuse and my buddy think it might not have enough power. I know the hid works because before I buy saleperson tested it. Any suggestion guys?

It is the "smarteye" HID system and is the same one as https://honda-tech.com/forums/lighting-107/h4-hid-wiring-help-eg-2471664/ after reading the thread i still don't understand what went wrong. Can anybody help? thanks
